This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Nicholas Singleton, the No. 97 name on the board, stolen at the 197th overall pick.

Reaching for Truss left real value on the table behind him. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
