Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Earnest Greene III got past him. The Giants do not have to explain a thing at No. 221. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The whole projection now runs through Cam Ward; hit there and everything else looks smarter. A whole weekend of picks and safety is somehow still a want. The Hairston pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
