Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Broncos, and the value they bled adds up to real damage. It grades a D-, and the process earned it.

They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it. They will need McCarthy to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The Travis value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
