The steal of the weekend belongs to the 49ers and Haulcy: B.

When a board-topper like A.J. Haulcy slides to the 92nd overall pick, you do not overthink it, and the 49ers did not. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.

Kenyon Sadiq slid further than he should have, and the 27th overall pick is lovely value for the tight end. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.

They barely believed it either: KC Concepcion still on the board at No. 58. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.

A.J. Haulcy in pick 92 is a gift, value that borders on unfair. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.

Quietly one of the better values of the day, Jaeden Roberts at pick No. 127. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
