You could see the war room lean forward. Nate Wiggins at pick No. 59 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. They will answer for taking DT-EDGE early while quarterback went begging. If Wiley pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
