A masterclass at the trade table lands the Bears a B+.

Nobody else had Nadame Tucker anywhere near the 89th overall pick. The Bears did, by 79 spots, and that gap is the whole story. The bottom line is a respectable B+.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it. The Wright value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
