The Raiders spent the pick that matters most on Fernando Mendoza, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

Allen at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
