Nothing loud, just a tidy B- for the Giants.

The Giants treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending pick No. 65 on Jalen Milroe a full 30 spots early. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

Landing Grant that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. A whole weekend of picks and safety is somehow still a want. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.

They took Cam Skattebo at par in the 105th overall pick, which is nothing to complain about. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.

They did well to land Logan Brown in pick 154, just ahead of his grade. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
