The Commanders spent real capital to be 79 picks early on Barryn Sorrell, and the board is going to hold them to it.

The Mondon Jr. value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They will regret leaving cornerback for another day if the season turns on it.

Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.
