When the story of this class is written, it opens with Khris Bogle at pick No. 77, a reach of 368 spots that the board flatly disagrees with. The final tally is a middling C+.

Getting Gadsden II where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

The back end got a real overhaul.

If Will Johnson and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
