They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Fernando Mendoza is the Raiders' quarterback, full stop.

Every board in the league had Weeks lower, and that gap is the story. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher.

McAlister at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
