The Browns cashed the board's mistake on Restrepo: B. When a board-topper like Xavier Restrepo slides to Round 7, Pick 22, you do not overthink it, and the Browns did not. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
Dart has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it.
