The needs board said one thing and the Titans did another, using the 106th overall pick on Javon Solomon while running back, interior defensive lineman and other spots waited. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. On value alone, Lassiter makes the weekend a net positive.

The Murphy pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
