Every board in the league had Owens II lower, and that gap is the story. The Kite value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. The Kilgore pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with edge rusher still on the board.

They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
