For all the boxes ticked, the Bills skipped the loudest one: offensive lineman is exactly as bare as it was. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

They will need Lovett to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Eichenberg falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.

They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made. The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but offensive lineman.
