Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Taulia Tagovailoa at slot 249 is 57 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline. Hard to defend, and the D reflects that.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. The Wilson steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
