A solid, sensible weekend for the Cowboys: B-.

When the story of this class is written, it opens with Mitchell Melton at the Round 7 slot, a reach of 93 spots that the board flatly disagrees with.

For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. However the rest shakes out, Everette at that price is a win they earned.

Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
