Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the 49ers were there to profit. De'Corian Clark, the No. 212 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 249. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

They are betting Ezirim proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They will answer for taking cornerback early while running back, interior defensive lineman and other spots went begging. A whole weekend of picks and running back is somehow still a want.

They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
