They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: David Walker, 79 picks early at pick No. 79. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

On value alone, Thornton Jr. makes the weekend a net positive. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
