The Cowboys got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D+.

You can hear the double-takes from here. The Cowboys took Tyler Baron at Round 3, Pick 27, roughly 36 spots before his name belonged.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Emmanwori.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
