The Chad Lindberg selection is the head-turner. The Commanders reached 75 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. The sum of the weekend is a deserved A.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The Commanders clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In the end it comes back to Brock Bowers, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
