Best value of the weekend goes to the Panthers for McCoy: C+.

Somebody in the 227th pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Panthers sat still while Bru McCoy, the No. 187 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Call it a C+ and check back in two years.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. They went 5 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

It grades out a shrug today, with plenty of room to move either way.
