Simon should have been long gone. The Bills pounced, and earned a B.

The Bills did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Cody Simon fell into the 204th pick.

They will need Wease Jr. to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on offensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Linebacker was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
