Nobody else had Sai'vion Jones anywhere near Round 2, Pick 29. The Commanders did, by 79 spots, and that gap is the whole story. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

However the rest shakes out, Riley at that price is a win they earned. For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain.
