The Bears ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided. This is how you run a draft, and the A- reflects it.

Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. It is not that Bishop is a bad player; it is that the Bears had louder needs to answer first. They will need Gore Jr. to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

The Hall Jr. steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

In the end it comes back to Marvin Harrison Jr., and a haul good enough to build on right away.
