Overall B
ValueB NeedB+ TradesB- FutureB-
Good, not great, for the Broncos: B.

Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Broncos never addressed linebacker, and it is the kind of gap that lingers. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

The cost of the Brailsford reach is exactly the players who went right after him. That is a tight end worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.

Pick Analysis
Pick30 Rnd1 Kenyon Sadiq
In slot 30 they get a security blanket over the middle, outstanding value to boot. The biggest hole, addressed.
Pick62 Rnd2 Jake Golday
They took Jake Golday at par in pick 62, which is nothing to complain about. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick94 Rnd3 Daylen Everette
A market-rate cornerback, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Daylen Everette. A minor itch, scratched.
Pick108 Rnd4 Parker Brailsford
Parker Brailsford at the Round 4 slot jumps the queue by a touch more than is comfortable. A need, and now a little less of one.
Pick130 Rnd4 Skyler Gill-Howard
Skyler Gill-Howard at No. 130 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick168 Rnd5 Aaron Anderson
A slide stopped in the 168th overall pick, with Aaron Anderson worth more than the price. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
