Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The 49ers never addressed wide receiver, and it is the kind of gap that lingers. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

That is a tight end worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. They will need Bisontis to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 3 of 8 of the wish list covered. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
