The Packers looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Trevin Wallace at the Round 6 slot regardless, 31 picks early. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

Landing Polk that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

With quarterback, running back and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on linebacker is the choice that costs them.
