This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Sheridan Jones, the No. 219 name on the board, stolen at Round 7, Pick 31. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

They punted on running back, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They will need McCormick to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
