Best value of the weekend goes to the Browns for Beck: B+.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Carson Beck got past him. The Browns do not have to explain a thing at the 149th overall pick. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

Reaching for Reid left real value on the table behind him. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
