Some hits, some head-scratchers, and a C+ for the 49ers.

It is the swing that defines the weekend: Khristian Boyd in pick No. 133, a good 45 spots before the room expected him. Fine in stretches, shaky in others: a C+.

That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Not a disaster, not a triumph, just a middling class.
