A solid, sensible weekend for the 49ers: B-.

The 49ers went off the board in a big way for Joshua Cephus, 50 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

That Johnson pick is the receipt they will wave around later. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
