The 49ers let Taylor-Demerson fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Dadrion Taylor-Demerson tumbling to the 49ers in Round 4, Pick 24 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

If Harrell pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
