The steal of the weekend belongs to the 49ers and Harris: B.

Somebody in slot 248 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The 49ers sat still while Tre Harris, the No. 199 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

The Marshall Jr. pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with interior defensive lineman, quarterback and other spots still on the board. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it.

If Mims pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
