This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Jake Majors, the No. 107 name on the board, stolen at slot 138. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

If Hook pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
