Borregales should have been long gone. The 49ers pounced, and earned a C.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Andres Borregales tumbling to the 49ers in slot 255 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. It nets out a thoroughly average C.

Horn Jr. has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere.

The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with offensive lineman the one that mattered most.

If Kelvin Banks Jr. and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
