The 49ers torched the value chart for David Walker, taking him 73 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted.

On value alone, Skattebo makes the weekend a net positive. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with offensive lineman the one that mattered most.
