Skattebo should have been long gone. The 49ers pounced, and earned a C.

You build a draft on nights like this. Cam Skattebo had no business being available in the 249th pick, and the 49ers did the only sane thing and turned in the card. The final tally is a middling C.

If Travis pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The trade table is where this weekend went wrong.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
