Grand theft in Round 7, Pick 10: the 49ers steal Sanders and grade out a B-.

When a board-topper like Raheim Sanders slides to Round 7, Pick 10, you do not overthink it, and the 49ers did not. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

The Hill reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.

The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
