The Commanders let Trapilo fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

When a board-topper like Ozzy Trapilo slides to Round 5, Pick 9, you do not overthink it, and the Commanders did not. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

That cornerback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. If Martin pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
