The Cowboys got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D-.

The Cowboys spent real capital to be 63 picks early on Davin Vann, and the board is going to hold them to it. It grades a D-, and the process earned it.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Martinez falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The Jonathon Cooper deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and linebacker is still a hole.
