Watts should have been long gone. The Steelers pounced, and earned a B+.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Steelers were there to profit. Xavier Watts, the No. 44 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 83rd overall pick. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They will need Thornton Jr. to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
