The Bills' one glaring miss is quarterback, a need they left exactly as they found it.

Reaching for Crumedy left real value on the table behind him. Mitchell falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They left with linebacker solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

The trade work was a quiet net positive.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
