The Rams let Thomas fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Rams were there to profit. Nathan Thomas, the No. 228 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 7, Pick 34. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. They are betting Whittington proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
