The Bills cashed the board's mistake on Norman-Lott: B.

You could see the war room lean forward. Omarr Norman-Lott at the Round 4 slot is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

For all the activity, offensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. With offensive lineman, quarterback and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on cornerback is the choice that costs them. They are betting Robinson proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.

Pick Analysis
Pick30 Rnd1 Travis Hunter
In Round 1, Pick 30 they get a potential shutdown corner, outstanding value to boot. More want than need.
Pick56 Rnd2 Jalon Walker
They barely believed it either: Jalon Walker still on the board at No. 56. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick62 Rnd2 Azareye'h Thomas
A surprising call. With offensive lineman, quarterback and other spots still to address, they spent pick 62 on Azareye'h Thomas, a cornerback they were not short of.
Pick109 Rnd4 Omarr Norman-Lott
Omarr Norman-Lott at the Round 4 slot is the steal of the weekend, a first-round talent at a bargain-bin price. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Pick132 Rnd4 Kevin Winston Jr.
Kevin Winston Jr. in pick No. 132 is a gift, value that borders on unfair. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Pick169 Rnd5 Trevor Etienne
Circle this one: Trevor Etienne at the 169th overall pick is a fall that decides a draft. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick170 Rnd5 Que Robinson
They paid a round early for Que Robinson in slot 170, more than the board wanted. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick173 Rnd5 Nick Nash
The board fumbled Nick Nash all the way to the 173rd pick, and they scooped it up. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick177 Rnd6 Vernon Broughton
Vernon Broughton in Round 6, Pick 1 is fair value, right on his grade. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick206 Rnd6 Jack Kiser
A linebacker of that caliber at No. 206 is the definition of value, full stop. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
