The war room fell hard for Brady Cook, and it showed at pick 211: 78 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

They banked enough surplus on Hancock to cover a lot of smaller sins.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
