Grand theft in pick No. 112: the Cowboys steal Bernard and grade out a A-.

Somebody in No. 112 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Cowboys sat still while Germie Bernard, the No. 59 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. Leaving offensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

They will need Green to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In the end it comes back to Mansoor Delane, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
