Larceny in slot 123 lands the Broncos a B-, Harris and all.

Somebody in the 123rd overall pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Broncos sat still while Tre Harris, the No. 9 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. On the needs board they went 7 of 8, with linebacker the one that mattered most.

They trusted the board more than the depth chart.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
