Nobody dealt better than the Cowboys this weekend: B+. The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Cowboys reached some 40 spots for Tyler Baron, and value like that does not grow back.
They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Getting Phillips where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
