The trade table was a mismatch, and the Giants were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

The safety spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Fields at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The Zay Flowers pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.
